For over 20 years I have acted exclusively for Claimants who are pursuing personal injury claims. I specialise in Industrial Disease cases acting for people and their families who are pursuing Industrial Disease claims arising from exposure to Asbestos.
I have acted for Clients who have been directly and indirectly exposed to asbestos and I have also acted for family members exposed to asbestos dust being brought home on the overalls of workers. Other occupations include Dockers, Laggers, Engineers and Foundry workers. I have successfully negotiated claims where there has been only brief period of exposure, in a fatal mesothelioma case where the Deceased worked as a fireman/trimmer in the boiler rooms of the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth, sailing from Southampton to New York. He was only exposed to asbestos for a period of 6 weeks. I am a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
